At the top of the page is a Search bar. Just type in a short description of the product (ex. Blue Projection Clock) you are seeking or type in the model number of the product (ex. WR102) and click on "Search". You can also indicate a specific manufacturer to search.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
One of the unique advantages of shopping with ExploraTrack.com is that we do not charge for sales tax on any order because there is no Sales Tax in Oregon.

Which sensors work with my weather instrument?
For your convenience, we have created a guide to selecting a sensor for your specific weather instrument. If you still have questions about sensors, you can email us at info@exploratrack.com and we will be happy to answer any questions for you.

Can I get a replacement user manual?
If you need to replace a missing instruction manual for your product(s), please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement booklet.

ExploraTrack.com does not currently stock instruction manuals.

Do you have a catalog available?
Currently, ExploraTrack.com does not have a printed catalog available. We are continually updating our product information to keep it as up-to-date as possible. Unfortunately, these changes would cause any printed catalog to be out of date as soon as it was printed.

We also feel that making the web site interactive makes WeatherConnection more convenient and more interesting than a printed catalog.

Our website is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for ordering through our secure server.

Will your products work where I live?
ExploraTrack.com sells many products and most of them will work internationally. However, we suggest that for any "Radio Controlled" or "ExactSet" product, you try to find a similar product in your area that will set itself to the Atomic Clock signals near you. The US Atomic Clock signal will send information to any clock in the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not recommend most ExactSet products for use in Alaska or Hawaii.

*** We are now selling a Multi-Band Travel Alarm Clock from Oregon Scientific that is designed to receive Atomic Clock signals on multiple continents. ***

Our NOAA weather radios are only designed to pick up weather forecasts from NWS (National Weather Service) broadcast towers. These are only available in the United States and are not guaranteed to be able to pick up any signal elsewhere in the world.

I had several items in my cart, but they disappeared. What happened?
For security reasons, this site uses a special cookie called a Session to store your shopping cart. If your page is inactive for more than 20 minutes, your Session will expire and your cart will be cleared. If you cannot order at all, please view our Cookie Information page for more help.
